Please allow 3-4 business days for an item to be shipped. You will be notified via email with the tracking number.

Returns on in stocked items (except reins, see rein listings for details) are accepted if the item(s) is shipped back in new, unused, undamaged, re-sellable condition.  Requests to return an item must be made within 48 hours of the package delivery date and time, as showing in the package tracking history.  The item(s) must be properly packaged as received, returned with full insurance, and a tracking number via USPS priority mail, FedEx, or UPS.   After the item(s) is received, a refund will be issued, minus shipping costs (shipping costs in the US are included in the total price, so these will be deducted from the original price).  Damaged, stained, used, or otherwise blemished items will not qualify for a refund.  Please understand that the appearance of colors in digital photos can vary from device to device.  I do my best to portray them accurately. 

No refunds on gift certificate purchases.

No refunds on custom orders. Due to the nature of custom orders which includes custom sizes, custom colors, custom designs, custom hardware, custom accents, and custom leather selection, no returns or exchanges can be accepted. Please understand that the appearance of colors in digital photos can vary from device to device.  I do my best to portray them accurately. 

Warranty:  All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship, or materials, under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item is defective within this time, I will repair or replace the product, or component, if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture, or developed under normal use.
